What is a Prayer Journey?
A prayer journey is a chance to pray "on site" with "insight", an opportunity for you to pray on location, for Southeast Asia's unreached peoples. It is a chance for you, along with the other prayer journeyers on the team, to engage in spiritual battle, behind enemy lines in a spiritually devastated war zone.

Are you asking, "Why raise lots of money to fly around the world 'just to pray' when I can pray right here?"

Many people feel they ought to pray for unreached people, but have trouble carrying it out. By coming to Southeast Asia, interacting with the people, eating the food they eat, riding the buses they ride, visiting the villages they live in, and seeing their needs with your own eyes, you will be better equipped to pray effectively.
Who Can Be a Prayer Journeyer?
Salvation through Jesus Christ is an absolute must. Prayer journeyers must recognize their spiritual, emotional, and physical weaknesses and be willing to actively depend on Jesus in each of these areas, for they will be "stretched." Journeyers must have servant hearts and be willing to work hard in prayer, often in difficult circumstances.
What Will I Do on a Prayer Journey?
You will probably pray more during your prayer journey than you have ever prayed in the same time period before. A prayer journey is not a glorified vacation or a holiday for Christian tourists. Prayer journeys are intense, focused, high adventure, high impact trips. You will have the opportunity to pray for people in villages where they have never been told about the love of God, as well as visit significant historical sights, which will help you better understand the spiritual and cultural pressures that persecuted Christians face daily.
