In Vietnam, government publications declare that "A network of hospitals, dispensaries, maternity-homes, and drug chests has brought medical service to the remotest corners of the area which the Tai Dam live." In reality, this means that within one day of travel, you can reach medical attention.

In Laos, where the Tai Dam live, the health care is not any better. One point of hope...organizations involved in rural development are trying to equip some people with the vital knowledge of preventative health care and basic first aid.

Please remember to pray for the Tai Tam. May those, who are dissatisfied with their situation and seeking, find the Lord!
