It has been 26 days since the Teacher has been taken.  No word from him or about where he is.  Only that one policeman who was hired to do some investigation reported back that he "knows where the Teacher is!"   He was not able to say any more!

-Please pray that God would wrap His wings of life and hope around the Teacher, as well as his wife and kids.  May they be sustained, encouraged, and blessed.

Last Saturday I got a call from E saying that S, her husband, had fallen into a deep hole, while he was working in the city.  As it turned out, he fell about 4 or 5 meters into a hole and had to be pulled from the hole, as he had hurt his feet and ankles.  After spending 12 hours in the hospital he was released, but no conclusive diagnosis can be made as to broken bones or other injuries.  His ankles and feet are very swollen and he cannot walk.  He was planning on returning home next month to continue his ministry into places like Laos and Vietnam with his wife.  In talking with him on the phone, he was laughing, but ever so thankful that he didn't land on his head, back, or other more critical parts.  Also, there was water in the bottom of the hole which helped slow his fall a bit!

-Praise God there was not anything more seriously injured in the fall, and praise God for S's looking to God for assistance.

-Please pray S would heal quickly and that there would be no break or complications in the healing process.

-Please pray for safety and protection from the Evil One, as he seeks to do what he can in these last days to bring discouragement, disruption of plans for evangelism, and the loss of focus or vision by Christians toward the lost Tai Dam of Laos and Vietnam.

-Lastly, praise God that He is raising awareness of the needs of the Tai Dam and one new worker is responding.  Please pray for them as they speak with their home/sending church today about their desire to work among the Tai Dam.  Please also pray they would be able to raise their needed support.  We have not had any new workers among the Tai Dam for 5 years.
