Ellie and her husband Sam had been praying hard about how to make a living in the depressed area of NE Thailand.  As many of you know, they had agreed that God was calling Sam to come home and begin ministry with his wife.  Sam had gone into a neighboring country on a few occasions, and God was giving him more of a burden for ministry.  However, after not even 6 months, finances were low and they had been struggling to make ends meet.  As they prayed, Sam’s boss (who is a Believer) called up and asked if Sam would come back and work for him.  Sam and Ellie prayed hard about this, but in the end, feel it is the best for now to not go back. Sam has agreed to go to help out, but will continue to be in touch with his boss about ministry opportunities that Sam needs to fulfill in the days ahead.  His boss understands (PTL), so we are thankful for this.

• Please pray that Ellie and Sam would know the right mix of work, ministry, and family time, so as to glorify God.
• Please pray that Sam will have the opportunity to teach others at his work. 
• Pray that Sam continue to grow in his faith, so he is able to bless others, and to be prepared when God calls him to go to other places for the sake of the Gospel!!
• Ellie has a chance to attend a two week ministry training. Please pray for God’s will regarding her going, the care of her girls, and the weaving work.
