Ecc. 3:11- He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.  Evangelistic Outreaches
"You're blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution.  The persecution drives you even deeper into God's kingdom." Matthew 5:10

What do evangelistic outreaches have to look like? Is there a format to adhere to or a certain method that you practice? What can you do when you want to tell others about Jesus, but the government has warned you not to tell others or share your faith?

The restrictions are great in Laos and Vietnam, but fortunately, our creative God brings people to Himself in creative ways. One village faced with these obstacles prayed and saw firsthand the work of a creative God. Discouraged by their lack of freedom, the group of believers decided to hold a "Thanksgiving to God" day. They invited the whole village and they all worked together to provide a meal. After the meal, they began to share with each other the things that they were thankful for. The more testimonies they shared, the more contagious it became. They could not stop finding things to be thankful for.

As they soon discovered, when they thanked God for their salvation and for the things the HE had done for them, they were speaking the Gospel message!!! It had become an evangelistic outreach after all. The joy that they felt as they discovered how God was meeting with them was contagious. People wanted to know more about this God.

This was a powerful reminder to these people that God can do all things, and there is nothing man can do that will stop the hand of God.
