Thank you for your prayers for E and F this past week, as they met with local officials.  They had a week of very intensive training before the training was stopped for as yet unknown reasons.  There were some things going on the side which we may never know about, but the Evil One did what he could to see these people Not come into the Light of His wonderful Truth, but the enemy was thwarted. 

 

We rejoice that several women were touched by His love, and even though some may have been a "Judas in our midst", God reigned.   We are not sure where we go from here, but we do hope to contact these people again in a month or so and see what they have been able to produce in the interim.

The ladies went to their appointment with the local officials in faith and loyalty to the provincial authorities. The officials noted that they wanted to help the locals.  This was very much appreciated and although they could not return at this time, they would be welcomed to come back next time with the right paper work!  The ladies were not fined, reprimanded, or ill treated and we rejoice that faithfulness, righteousness, and truth seemed to pervade the conversations they had with local officials.

• Praise God for His faithfulness, His guiding of the ladies, and His love toward them. Praise God that some spiritual interest was birthed, and we pray this will be able to be nurtured over the months and years ahead.
• Please pray that we have wisdom to proceed in the best ways.  The people we are working with seem to be motivated by how to get money from the foreigner.  Long term help, helping the village, and spiritual needs seem to be of no interest to some of these who said they were so interested 2 months ago!
