Sow was excited to travel with all the other teenagers to a youth camp in another part of North Thailand. Some of his friends had to get special permission from the authorities to travel. At the camp, Sow and the rest of the youngsters heard of God and of his plan of salvation. As they learnt what Jesus had done for them, several broke down in tears. That night, Sow prayed to receive Jesus as his Lord.

Later that night, Sow's father was admitted to hospital after having a stroke. Sow was whisked away from the camp early. 13 other young ones turned to Jesus during the camp and several have since joined youth groups and started going to church. Sow is confused; please pray for him, his father has been an active opponent to gospel in the past.
