Last week the Bouyei boy needing surgery was able to have it done. The family was so grateful for the help that some believers gave them. The mother broke down crying one night and said that they are so poor. No one cares about them. Both her and her husband's parents have passed away, and we are the only family that she has left. For these poor Bouyei people, they thought that they would never have a chance to see their boy well again, since they could not afford the hospital expenses.

The believers helping this family had the chance to share the good news and the stories of the good book (in a shortened form- 12 minute version). The husband accepted last week and was baptized yesterday. The husband went and told his wife and she and a couple of other friends were really interested. Today, she found her lost coin as well! We are thankful for these new lives. The next step is for them to tear down their altar shelves.
