Recently, a short term team was able to help us in doing some cultural and linguistic research.  We are very thankful for their help.  Most of the places they traveled to have never been visited before by any of our team members.  The information gathered and the contacts they made were incredible. 

 

We now know a lot more about their beliefs on the spirit world, making sacrifices, and worldview.  We value this research because it enables us as a team to share the Gospel with the Nisu in a more culturally appropriate way.

 

Paul referred to this in I Corinthians 9:22 when he said  that he became all things to all men in order save some.  We need to become a bit Nisu in order to save some Nisu…amen.

• God’s hand to be upon teammates as they visit Nisu friends in different villages.
