PRAYER FOCUS: employment

There are a handful of Kham believers that have been searching for employment for sometime.  Not only is a job with a decent salary hard to find, but a healthy work environment is even harder.  When jobs are available, often it requires moving to remote areas where there is no fellowship available.

PRAY:

• Those looking for work would commit their way to the Lord and experience the Peace that passes understanding.
• Employers who know the Lord (generally, Chinese) would be moved to employ young Tibetan believers as an opportunity to disciple them and give them practical skills for the workplace.
• Foreign workers looking to establish a business platform would do so successfully, and thereby effectively hire some of these Kham believers!
• Believing Kham students soon to graduate would have good opportunities to find work and be an effective witness to their families.
• All of these believers would seek employment and training so that they may return in the Lord’s time to the areas they come from, rather than getting comfortable and settling down in the big city.
