PRAYER FOCUS: Revival

The above photo is a humorous, but accurate, picture of the degree to which many, even rural, Tibetans are just as susceptible to the distractions of this present world as city folks!

PRAY:
         -As the seed of the Word is increasingly sown in Tibet that it would not fall on a           hardened path, but on receptive hearts.  Pray the soil of these hearts would be           tilled in advance by the Holy Spirit so the Word can go deep and produce “one           hundred fold” eternal fruit for God’s glory. (Matt.13:23)

         -“that the Word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified” through the           mountain valleys, towns, villages, and homes of Kham.(2Thess.3:1)

         -the fire of the Word would light the darkness in Tibetan hearts and purge the           lies of Tibetan Buddhism; pray the “hammer that breaks a rock in pieces” would           break the spiritual chains in Kham lives that keep them blinded by the “god of           this age”. (Jeremiah 23:29; 2Cor.4:4)

         -The Spirit of God would come in mighty revival power to save; that He “would           rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble” at His           coming – that the matchless Son would “see the labor of his soul” for Tibetans           “and be satisfied”. (Is.64:1; Is.53:11)
