A Mien church in a major city have decided to make regular evangelistic trips to a Mien village up in the hills.
- Please pray that their ministry both in the city and in the village will produce abundant fruit.
Praise the Lord that B is now aiming to set aside every Friday to work on Mien updates for the typesetting programs for all 4 scripts. The first installment was received last weekend.
- Please pray for B as he is teaching full time and is also studying! He has cut back on church ministries until the Mien updates are completed.
The proof-reading is only 3/4 through Ezekiel so far, so there is much to do yet. However the typesetting for Genesis can begin as soon as GF has opportunity to comment on a few details found while proof-reading.
- Please pray for JL at the Thailand Bible Society as she works on this final typesetting.
- We are very anxious to get this Bible done and many, many Mien are asking for it and waiting impatiently. Please pray that it will be done speedily and well.
A Mien church leader and his wife whilst going by motorbike from teaching the believers in one village to another, were hit by a lorry. The wife was thrown against the side of the lorry but it did not go over her. The church leader fared worse with his legs broken.
- Please pray for tokens of good that they may know that the Lord has not forsaken them, for complete healing and that Mien in the area will continue turning to Christ.
A small team is visiting Mien in another country. These visits are absolutely crucial.
- Pray for safety and far reaching fruitfulness.
The annual Mien Church Conference in Thailand is in March.
- Pray for that this may be a time when Mien meet with God in a life changing way. Pray that the speakers may know God’s message for His people and His love and power in delivering it.
