Driving Without Training
Over the New Year many accidents happened in our area. At least six people died and numerous ones were injured.

Many people have recently acquired Chinese motorcycles as the road conditions have been improved. Unfortunately, hardly anyone knows traffic regulations.

Also, alcohol is a real problem. At each party there is an abundance of it available and to refuse it is very difficult. Sometimes it is even forcefully poured into people. It is tragic to see so many people risking their lives with such foolishness!
