We’ve prayed for peace and security in the village following the robbery. Amazingly the village leadership has been totally changed on account of the last lot being corrupt and not stopping the rampant crime in the area!

-Give thanks and ask that the new leaders will have skill, wisdom and servant hearts. Ask for the village leaders and drug gangs to turn and believe.
 
You may remember Miss N who’s had a vision for many years of reaching out to prostitutes. N has been able to sell some of her ducks and has used this money as well as gifts from other Christians to rent a shop. Her aim is to mend computers and do other small scale business enterprises to support her family and her team of co-workers. She hopes that prostitutes will be able to learn a trade and so have a way out of their previous lifestyle.
 
-Pray for discernment in identifying the group of women whom she should train up for this new ministry.

-Pray for success and God’s blessing as she attempts to start a house church to receive and minister to prostitutes as they come to know Christ. It would be extremely difficult for such people to be received into the official Lao church.
