God is already answering your prayers for unity among His children in Laos!

A group of believers left the official Lao Evangelical Church (LEC) several years ago having been deeply hurt. They had completely severed ties with the people of LEC.

A few weeks ago one of the members from the group that had left LEC, stood up in church and asked for forgiveness and reconciliation with LEC. He’d seen the love and support of LEC Christians following the tragic death of his sister-in-law in a road accident. This convicted him of the need to be reunited with his brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pray:
·         -For God’s continued good work in making His children one

·         -That greater unity will not result in Christians being more inwardly focused as            they build relationships with each other, but on reaching out. Jesus prayed            “that all of them may be one ... so that the world may believe that you have            sent me.” (John 17:21)

·         -For repentance and forgiveness to overcome pride and bitterness.

·         -For the non-believers to be drawn to Jesus and for a church planting movement            that spreads so that there is a group of Jesus’ followers within walking            distance of everyone in Laos.
