The consultant checking of Luke went faster and more smoothly than expected with an excellent consultant and Khmu checker.  Thank you for praying. 
God continues to draw many Khmu people to himself, with reports of over 3,000.

• Please pray for a small group of Khmu people as they meet for a final read through and consistency check of Luke’s gospel.
• Pray for printing and distribution of Luke; for wisdom and protection as the book is handled by more people more widely, that nothing would jeopardise the future translation work.  Pray for pastors and teachers to use the new translation; that God would speak powerfully through His word and that lives would be changed.
• Please pray for Mr. K as he gets married.  Pray that his current course of drug treatment will cure his suspected stomach ulcer, that all would go smoothly at the wedding ceremony as he juggles expectations of non-believing relatives and his own desire to be a clear witness to his family.  Pray for his fiancée, Miss P that she will grow strong in her new faith, and that God will establish them as a Christian family. (Ps 90:16,17)  He will work part-time in the translation project next year as he transitions back to farming life.  Pray that he will be able to find land suitable for a small farm, near to other believers.
