During 2004, 10 new house churches were established in L province. In the D district alone there are 3,500 Christian, 2,000 of them are women. In L province, there were 800 people who accepted Jesus Christ in 2004. There are 60 house churches L. These statistics were received from the leaders in L in January 2005.

Thank you for the help to visit MS village. I witnessed to them and 9 families (34 people) accepted Jesus Christ. Besides these 34 people there are many others who want to believe, but I did not let them yet, because I need to wait and see whether the 34 people are sincere or not.

• Pray for those who are interested about God and the new believers as well, and for their spiritual growth and faith.

They are so poor that they do not even have rice to eat nor pens and note books for their children for school  Why? Because they have been sacrificing to the evil spirits their pigs, chickens, cows and water buffalos. The authorities have moved many of them from various villages and told them to stay together in one village. There is no medical services available. In one month 12 people died and others have died since.

 

They do not know what to do. I hope that now they accepted Jesus Christ it will help them a lot because they will not have to sacrifice to an evil spirits any more.

• Please pray for me as I visit them again during March 2005. There are many families wanting to accept Jesus Christ. Pray for me that I may know how to spiritually nurture them and pray for my travel safety.
