This Saturday, team leaders from various
Asian countries who work with the dialect
groups broadly known as the Farwestern Hmong
will meet for its annual consultation. Many
of these precious saints work in areas
where there is strong opposition to the
gospel and strong oppression of the enemy.
Please remember to pray over the next few
days for these significant gatherings.
Pray:
- Father, give the Hmong team unity in
discerning God’s direction for the
ministry.
- Provide Your wisdom and direction for
solving seemingly unsolvable problems.
- Holy Spirit, speak encouragement to
those who are weary in well-doing.
- Clarify future paths for workers who are
facing ministry changes.
- Give each missionary a fresh revelation
in the knowledge of Yourself; renew the
hope of Your calling in their hearts;
let them see freshly the surpassing
greatness of Your power. (Eph.
1:17-19)
- Renew each with a desire for Your
holiness, a passion to approve the
things that are excellent in Your sight,
a longing to be sincere and blameless
until the day of Christ. Fill their
lives with the fruit of righteousness so
that they reflect the glory and praise
of God to those among whom they work.
(Phil 1:9-11)
- Fill each with the knowledge of Your
will in all spiritual wisdom and
understanding. Make this week a time of
refreshing, a time of being strengthened
for ministry according to all Your
glorious might so that they will
approach their ministry with
steadfastness and patience, joyously
giving thanks to the Father.
- Give the gift of laughter to your
servants who have been especially
burdened. Give rest, Father, to the
weary….rest of body, mind, and spirit.
