One of their legends tells of a Hmong savior who will lead them to a peaceful homeland of their own. In the past this has resulted in their flocking to follow a miracle-working leader claiming to be their savior.
Though Valentine’s Day hasn’t been heard of by the Hmong Njua, love finds expression. Some lovers give each other fruit tree saplings which they plant together. For years after, they go into the woods together to tend their growing trees.
Pray:
Grow the roots of their lives deep into the soil of Your love. Cause their lives to bear fruit that reflects Your character.
Then as Your love flows through them, give them a passion to “plant seeds” in the lives of other Hmong who have not heard of Jesus, the Savior.
