What is church amongst the Shan-Tai? What do you need to start a new church amongst the Shan-Tai? Who can start a new church? Who can baptise? Who can give the Lord’s supper?

The answers to the questions above will depend on who you ask. Pray that as Shan people work through these questions, the word of God would provide the loudest voice. Pray that new groups of believers would have the confidence to be the church, and to trust the Holy Spirit to gift all that is needed to see the church built up and multiplied.

• As listeners to the Shan radio broadcast respond to the Gospel, pray that new communities of faith would begin to worship together across the Shan state.
• Pray for leaders amongst the Shan-Tai churches to to equip the believers for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ…
