Mr. K and his wife and daughter are well and his relations with her unbelieving family have improved significantly. Her sister has now become a believer as she saw his life and character.

The trial printing of Luke and Ruth is finally underway. Distribution is planned for December.

Please continue to pray for the 8 Khmu Christian leaders who are still in prison. Please pray for them to shine as lights in the darkness. Pray for God's mercy, that they will be released soon, and their families will be provided for during this rice-harvesting season.

Please continue to pray for the translation team, for unity and wisdom. Some areas to remember are

• Scripture use - the area of promoting the translated Scriptures in the churches and producing study notes and helps for pastors and leaders. Pray for God’s wisdom, courage, perseverance and effectiveness in the lives and in the work of the Khmu involved in this.

• Translating – the gospel of Mark is next. Please continue to pray for translators, checkers, hunger and interest in learning to read and write Khmu, hunger to read God’s Word in Khmu.
